At Brameria, we know that once you've ordered your new bag, the wait can feel like the longest part. That's why we've built a shipping process that's fast, reliable, and completely free for every UK order, with no minimum spend and no surprises.

Where We Ship

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. We don't yet offer international shipping, but we're always working on expanding, so check back for updates.

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM GMT on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing Time

Every bag is carefully checked and packed before it leaves our warehouse. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed, Monday to Friday.

Our Courier Partners

We work with trusted UK couriers, including Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri, so your order reaches you safely and on time.

Shipping Costs

All orders shipped within the United Kingdom qualify for free standard shipping.No minimum order value required.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your bag is on its way, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, usually within 24 hours of dispatch. You can follow your parcel's journey right up to your doorstep.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives looking worse for wear, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll investigate with the courier and make it right, whether that means a replacement, a refund, or simply tracking down your parcel.
