● You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
● Refunds are processed within up to 14 days after we receive your return.
● There is no standard restocking fee.
● Return shipping is normally the customer’s responsibility, except in certain cases.
2. How to Return an Item
To begin a return, you must first contact us at:

Please do not send items back without contacting us first unapproved returns may be unidentifiable and could be refused.
3. Condition of Returned Items
To be accepted, all returned items must:
● Be unused
● Be in their original condition
● Have all labels and tags still attached
● Not show signs of wear, damage, or odor
Because we do not offer products for trial use, items should only be tried on gently (e.g., like trying clothing on in a fitting room).
4. Shipping Your Return
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Brameria is not responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customer’s Responsibility
If you are returning an item for personal reasons e.g., change of mind, incorrect size, or no longer required you will pay the return shipping cost. This cost depends on the courier you choose.
Our Responsibility
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
6. Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel your order, email us at info@brameria.co.uk within 2 hours of placing it.
After the 2-hour window, your order may already be processing and cannot be cancelled. In that case, you can wait for delivery and return the item using our standard return policy.
7. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will:
Send you a confirmation email
Begin the refund process within up to 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method you used at checkout.
Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to show in your account.

9. Refusing Delivery
Refusing delivery will not result in a full refund.
If you intentionally refuse an order:
● A 15% restocking fee will be applied
● 85% of your order total will be refunded once the items are returned to us unused
